Refunds & Returns
I mostly sell digital products, and unlike what you might think, I am more interested in your satisfaction and happiness than your money. I care that this works for you, and if it doesn’t, I want to work things out. That said, I do ask for honesty. If you got value from my digital product, please don’t ask for a refund simply to save a few bucks. Please support those who help you and it will be returned tenfold!
For all digital products, there is a 14 day satisfaction guaranteed return policy. If you are having difficulty downloading a product that was purchased, please contact me at Jeannie@CraftingJeannie.com I will be happy to help.
For physical products, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, and full refund will be issued for defective products. Refund will be issued upon return of item in its original condition. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with return.
All products in this shop are to be used with adult supervision only. The seller is not liable for any damages or negative outcome with use. Upon purchase, you are agreeing to these terms.
